Based on the high-efficient lithium-based VPSA-O2 adsorbent PU-8, combining with the unique airflow distribution technology, advanced process design and reliable supplementary devices, PIONEER has successfully ensured energy-efficient and large-scale VPSA oxygen plants to provide O2 product at a lower cost.

PIONEER has built up over 100 sets of VPSA-O2 plants and taken the lion share in the field of VPSA-O2 in China. The VPSA-O2 technology won the first prize for Science and Technology Progress by the Ministry of Education.

PSA Oxygen Technology

PSA oxygen technology  is one of the air separating technology for oxygen booming in recent ten years. Compared with traditional cryogenic technology, PSA oxygen technology is known for its low investment, low consumption, low operation-maintenance fee, mild process conditions, simple process flow, high automation, high operation flexibility, short construction duration, and safe performance. Up to now, PSA oxygen technology can replace cryogenic in many circumstances, and the PSA oxygen technology is more economic than cryogenic in running. The content of CO in the yellow phosphorus tail gas  reaches up to 90%. Yellow phosphorus tails gas belongs to the ore smelting tail gas whose components are complicated and impurities are various. The existence of phosphorus and sulfur in the tail gas utilization may corrode the equipment and shorten the life of the catalyst, so the utilization rate is quite low. The yellow phosphorus resource is abundant in China and deposit reaches 800-1000 thousand tons, which weighs 80% in the world.
